Condo/Strata Audit Pricing
As long as the accounting is complete and the bank is reconciled to your general ledger or system of record, the fee is calculated using the following calculator. The calculation is based on the total annual condominium or strata fees for the corporation. Please add GST or HST to the quote as applicable.
We also charge $500 to audit a changeover in management, and $250 for the attendance of meetings.
If the total annual condo/strata fees are greater than 2.1 million, please contact us for a quote.
