Condo/Strata Audit Pricing
As long as the accounting is complete and the bank is reconciled to your general ledger or system of record, the fee is calculated using the following calculator, The calculation is based on the total annual condominium or strata fees for the corporation, and includes a $500 charge to audit any changeover in management. Please add GST to the quote.
There is a separate charge of $250 for the attendance of meetings, and a separate charge of $500 if the corporation has changed its year-end, or provides a loan to owners in the year.
These rates are effective for audits beginning after January 1, 2018.
